Single-family House in Potsdam, Germany
The preliminary design of a house was developed for a young couple and their four children. The house is located on a plot adjacent to Volkspark Potsdam, offering a beautiful view of its facilities and lush greenery. The land is wooded, adorned with several mature trees.
Tailored to the family's needs, the design included a master suite for the couple and three bedrooms for the children, along with a fully equipped kitchenette to accommodate the children's grandparents, who frequently visit. The house also features an office with a private entrance, ensuring privacy for both the family and any clients.

Additionally, the project features a fully equipped wellness area and expansive living space, which includes an integrated dining room and kitchen (with a secondary enclosed kitchen). A library and a fireplace add to the interior charm, while outside, the living space seamlessly connects to a sundeck. Practical amenities, such as a garage, utility rooms, and cellar, were also incorporated into the design.
The design maximizes the use of space and is oriented to optimize solar radiation and natural light. It embraces the surrounding nature and takes advantage of lush foliage to create a sense of privacy.
